Job Description:

As a Strategic Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Milaha, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's reward strategy and policies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that align with the organization's operational and strategic goals.

You will work closely with senior management to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are aligned with local labor laws and regulations. Your expertise will be essential in benchmarking and evaluating HR planning and organizational development policies and practices to maintain a robust planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a fair and competitive compensation and benefits program.
  2. Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits across various business units and recommend changes to maintain a competitive salary and benefits structure.
  3. Administer health and life insurance, including managing relations with insurance providers.
  4. Support the annual service awards rollout and presentation.
  5. Gather and review nominations for employee recognition awards.
  6. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environment management policies and procedures.
  7. Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures.
  8. Participate in cost-efficient usage of resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in Compensation and Benefits function.
  3. GRP qualification preferred.
  4. Geographic Experience preferred.
  5. Good knowledge of office and web applications.
  6. Business fluent English.
