Job Summary:

Main Duties:
  • The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • You will respond to requests from clients and external counterparts, redirecting more complex requests to specialists or more senior colleagues.
  • Maintaining ongoing contact with clients/stakeholders to ensure service quality standards and client needs are met will be a critical aspect of this role.
  • Data entry and transactional procedures in the organization's HRIS will be performed by you.
  • Preparing proposals for transfers and promotions, submitting them for further review and approval, will be a significant task.
  • Reviewing salaries offered for new recruits to ensure all benefits, allowances, and grades are correct will be an essential responsibility.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date total rewards related databases will be crucial.
  • You will review the benefits and eligibility of allowances in compliance with laws and guidelines.
  • Staying current with the latest laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits will be essential.
  • Remain abreast of current and changing trends and leading practices in compensation & benefits, organization development, and performance management.
  • Compiling total rewards reports, compensation, and benefit statistical reports, including preparation, analysis, and interpretation of Compensation & Benefits data and trends, will be a significant responsibility.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or any other related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Total Rewards role is necessary.
