About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for our tourism and travel businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the tourism and travel industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of the tourism and travel industry.
