Job Summary

The Technical Proposal Manager is a key role within Power International Holding Qatar, responsible for driving the development, performance, and maintenance of the tender process to achieve maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Management: Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability for the organisation.
  2. Liaison and Support: Effectively liaison, support, and assistance between the tender process department and the rest of the organisation.
  3. Opportunity Management: Maintain and improve mechanisms for obtaining opportunities, surveying, and measuring the tender process, and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
  4. Process Management: Utilise agreed systems to manage the tender process functions, analysis, and documentation.
  5. Target Achievement: Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets.
  6. Performance Appraisal: Subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action, and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching, and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.
  7. Reporting: Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise agreed.
