Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

As a Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction for our hotels.
With a strong focus on sales and marketing, you will work closely with our teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve customer loyalty and increase brand awareness.
You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and developing targeted sales and marketing campaigns to achieve these goals.
Key Accountabilities- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Work closely with the Revenue Management team to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and suppliers.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance against targets.
- At least 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 3 years of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 5 years of hotel sales experience.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Must have a driver's license in the applicable state.
- Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.
