Administrative Director

The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage office supplies, communication, mail distribution, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Supervise and lead office staff to achieve goals and objectives.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and activities to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with departments, vendors, and external contacts to maintain relationships and facilitate communication.
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
- Bilingual English / Arabic for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear expression of ideas.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software to enhance productivity.
