The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing staff.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage office supplies, communication, mail distribution, and maintenance of office equipment.
  2. Supervise and lead office staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and activities to ensure timely completion.
  4. Liaise with departments, vendors, and external contacts to maintain relationships and facilitate communication.
  5. Provide administrative support to management and other staff as needed.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field.
  2. Bilingual English / Arabic for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear expression of ideas.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software to enhance productivity.
