We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Property Finder Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing customers, developing new leads, and closing sales.

Job Summary: This role involves communicating with existing customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and identifying growth opportunities for customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with existing customers and understand their needs.
  2. Make outbound calls to potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Use internal data and tools to deliver exceptional performance.
  4. Coach and train existing clients and onboard new clients.
  5. Research and qualify new leads and prospects.
  6. Stay up-to-date with competing products and services.
  7. Close sales and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Related fields.
  2. 2-3 years of previous experience in account management and new business acquisition.
  3. Strong listening and sales skills.
  4. Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
