Competency Assessment Administrator

Tanqeeb is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Administrator to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and seamless delivery.
Main Accountabilities:- Support the development and implementation of procedural competency assessment packages, aligning them with organizational standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the creation of non-procedural MRC training materials and assessments, focusing on accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
- Assist in the upload and maintenance of all training materials and assessments, guaranteeing their accessibility and quality.
- Collaborate with the LMS development team to identify areas for improvement and submit recommendations for enhancement.
- Manage the preparation and submission of changes to assessment materials, adhering to the MOC process and ensuring compliance with organizational regulations.
- Collect and analyze feedback from trainers and candidates, reporting findings to management and suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Verify that operations process safety standards are upheld and enforced throughout the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in training system structure and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management software applications.
- Experience working with computerized learning management systems.
