The Training & Education Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our organization's Training & Education activities. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and SharePoint sites, verifying source reliability, analyzing and updating data from various systems, and preparing data for reports and presentations.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain databases and SharePoint sites, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Verify source reliability for database information.
- Analyze, update, and retrieve data from SAP, Access, and other relevant systems.
- Prepare data for report charts and presentations, establishing a documentation system.
- Support in identifying processing problems and escalating them to management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on simple work aspects, serving as a point of reference for junior staff.
- Support junior staff training and initiate paperwork as needed.
- Participate with training providers for registrations, follow-up course attendance in LMS, and providing utilization and no-show reports to management.
- Assist in developing training aids like manuals and handbooks related to the training process/system.
- Coordinate and assist with all training logistics, including calendars.
Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School Education (12 years).
Experience and Skills
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Very good knowledge of standard computer software.
- Familiarity with some financial and budgetary processes.
