**Role Summary**

As a Royal Service Agent at Accor, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our internal and external guests. Your primary responsibility will be to consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process all external and internal calls, either by redirecting calls or assisting the caller, to provide timely and accurate information.

* Take ownership of the caller's request and ensure follow-up according to the hotel's standards, ensuring that every guest's needs are met.

* Develop a working knowledge of all departments to effectively communicate with guests and provide seamless service.

* Serve as a liaison for guests requiring information relating to all aspects of the hotel, providing accurate and helpful responses.

* Deliver and program wake-up calls for guests, ensuring that they start their day on a positive note.
