The primary goal of this position is to maintain the operational effectiveness of hotels from an owner's point of view. Key responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing reports, and evaluating hospitality management contracts.

Main Duties

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential hotel opportunities, examining factors such as brand recognition, location, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to compile reports on hotel operations, including financial statements and performance metrics.
  • Examine hospitality management contracts to pinpoint potential risks and recommend necessary amendments to protect the company's interests.
  • Provide strategic support for project management and post-investment analysis, focusing on delivering results within agreed timelines and integrating market insights into strategic planning.
  • Regularly review and manage owners' account balances to ensure optimal investment returns.
  • Track and report on numerous projects, including acquisitions, ongoing operations, and holding companies setup.
  • Develop meeting agendas and oversee the distribution of minutes, ensuring effective action item tracking and issue escalation.
  • Coordinate management fees structure and payment to the division, guaranteeing timely invoice approval and payment.
  • Participate in Share Purchase Agreement reviews to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Analyze Capex proposals and assess return on investment.
