About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Advocate to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our social media team, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand's online presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing and customer support principles, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective social media engagement and customer support strategies
  • Leading a team of social media specialists and support representatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate engagement initiatives into broader marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring social media conversations and trends related to our brands and industry
  • Providing input on creative assets and copy to enhance audience engagement
  • Utilising social media analytics to measure the impact of engagement efforts and customer support effectiveness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in social media management, community engagement, and customer support
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a team of social media specialists and support representatives
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Crisis management experience
  • Creative thinking and passion for developing innovative engagement campaigns
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility to work outside regular business hours
