Job Title: Showroom Sales Designer

At Talent Pal, we are seeking a highly skilled Showroom Sales Designer to join our team. As a Showroom Sales Designer, you will be responsible for designing and selling kitchen and wardrobe solutions to clients in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and sell kitchen and wardrobe solutions to clients in our showroom.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and presenting suitable design options.
  • Utilize design software and tools to create detailed plans and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, product offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quotations ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
  • Creating shop drawings, plans, and following up on orders.
  • Ensure the showroom displays are attractive, well-organized, and reflective of the latest trends and products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and selling kitchens and wardrobes.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the market, including competitors and product trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic with good command of English. Preferably female.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar showroom environment.
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
