Job Summary:

Precision Hire Solution is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Cabinet Designer and Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and design team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, designing and selling kitchen cabinets, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Welcome customers to our showroom, guide them through various product and design options, and address their questions and concerns with outstanding customer service.
  • Business Development: Establish strong professional connections with builders, remodelers, and other key industry players to develop new business opportunities.
  • Design and Sales: Leverage your design and sales expertise to exceed customer expectations and drive success. Create, modify, and refine designs to conform with customer specifications and/or product limitations using design software.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our products and services, and be able to assist customers with troubleshooting issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, management, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Reporting: Submit activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly analysis, to management.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative to drive business growth.
  • Account Management: Possess excellent account management and sales skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Think creatively and be able to solve problems effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Have computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office, and mathematical skills for accurate measurements and cost calculations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in kitchen cabin sales and design.
  • Language: Fluency in Arabic is required.
