About the Role:

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Cabinet Designer and Sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and deliver bespoke kitchen solutions, ensuring timely and accurate project execution.
  • Utilize design software to create and refine designs, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and product limitations.
  • Provide expert advice on product selection, installation, and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and design software to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in showroom organization and maintenance, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven experience in kitchen design and sales, with a strong understanding of design principles and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and design software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
