- Respond to telephone calls and inquiries, taking messages clearly and delivering them promptly to the relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date directories, contacts, and staff records, ensuring seamless communication within the department.
- Process and update various records, maintain the database, and assist in updating manuals to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and meets housekeeping standards, reflecting positively on our company's image.
- Monitor office supplies and requisition replenishments to maintain a smooth flow of office operations.
