  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date directories, contacts, and staff records, ensuring seamless communication within the department.
  5. Process and update various records, maintain the database, and assist in updating manuals to ensure efficient operations.
  6. Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and meets housekeeping standards, reflecting positively on our company's image.
  7. Monitor office supplies and requisition replenishments to maintain a smooth flow of office operations.
