Job Title: Sales Leadership Professional

IKEA, the world's largest home furnishings store, has been a part of the Al-Futtaim Group for decades. Our company operates under a set of straightforward and inspiring principles that guide our work ethics.

To drive maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision and values, you will oversee all sales functions according to the IKEA operating concept, directing a sales team and providing leadership. A key aspect of this role is to develop commercial strategies to attain company sales goals and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Commercial Strategies: Create business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and profitability. Plan and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage operating costs, achieve sales budget and gross margin goals, adapt sales forecasts to meet optimal goods flow, control expenses, and determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • Collaboration and Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Comm-in Design Team to plan store merchandising presentation, evaluate results, keep up to date with industry competition, support B2B market growth, direct store activities, and ensure relevant product offerings.
  • Customer Service: Achieve customer satisfaction goals by resolving complaints and ensuring high-quality sales experiences.
