About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Business Delivery Manager to join our team at the Boeing Group Medical Department. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans, execute and implement expansion plans, and align operational goals with the overall organizational strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Manager, Business Operations in ensuring seamless and efficient operations within all medical facilities.
  • Contributing to the development of long-term strategic plans for the department.
  • Executing and implementing expansion plans for the medical division.
  • Aligning operational goals with the overall organizational strategy to optimize patient care services.
  • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring efficient resource utilization and service delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies for improving the quality of patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts and areas.
  • Optimize resource allocation, including the procurement and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Monitor budgetary expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement staff development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of administrative and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
  • A recognized qualification in Medical Administration or equivalent required.
  • Masters' Degree or equivalent in Hospital Management would be a plus.
  • Operations experience in medical Center or hospitals.
  • Regulatory experience of MOPH compliance would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
  • Operational process mapping and use of appropriate tools like lean etc. towards optimization of resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Good numeracy skills – understanding of Profit and Loss statements.
  • Data Analytical Skills.
  • Power BI Skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of international accreditation standards, such as Joint Commission International (JCI).
  • Knowledge of project planning and execution.
