Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase and maximize market share from competitors.
  • Direct and manage all group, transient, and sales activities to maximize revenue for the area hotels within their scope of responsibility.
  • Prepare and implement strategic sales plans, monthly/annual SMART goals, sales and marketing budgets, forecasts, and other reports as directed/required.
  • Lead and direct the sales team to achieve established goals and objectives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally with multi-property exposure.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, and to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends.
