Luxury Hospitality Revenue Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join The Ned Doha as a Revenue Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic pricing, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue from rooms and F&B outlets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust pricing and inventory accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design promotional packages that drive revenue.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Conduct regular reviews of the F&B menu pricing and promotions to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings, providing insights and recommendations to enhance revenue performance.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on revenue management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel setting with both rooms and F&B focus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
