Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct analysis of compensation and benefits across various business units.
  3. Administer health and life insurance.
  4. Support the annual service awards rollout.
  5. Gather and review nominations for employee recognition awards.
  6. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environment management policies and procedures.
  7. Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in Compensation and Benefits function.
  3. GRP qualification preferred.
  4. Geographic Experience preferred.
  5. Good knowledge of office and web applications.
  6. Business fluent English.
