Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Trainer to join our team at Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. in Qatar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the sales skills of our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to sales consultants to enhance their soft skills and behavioral skills.
- Identify training needs and develop individualized training plans to meet the needs of our sales team.
- Collaborate with the training manager to develop an annual sales training plan.
- Ensure that all sales operational standards are understood and adhered to by all sales team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in automotive or a related field.
- Relevant certification in soft and behavioral skills training.
- High level of proficiency in English language.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or coaching role.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding performance objectives.
