Property Operations Administrator

PPL Dynamics seeks a highly skilled Property Operations Coordinator to join their team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage properties across various locations
- Develop and maintain policies, systems, processes, and procedures
- Analyze data and generate reports on property performance
- Evaluate and implement process improvements
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing with experience in property management is required. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in retail property operations coordination.
The successful candidate must possess excellent technical skills, reporting and communication skills, information collection skills, and proficiency in English with Arabic as an asset. Strong knowledge of property operations and coordination is essential for success in this role.
