Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of administrative staff to ensure their productivity and provide guidance and support.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, licensing requirements, and other legal obligations.
  • Property Management Support: Collaborate with property managers to provide administrative support in areas such as lease agreements, tenant communication, and property maintenance.
  • Documentation and Record Management: Establish and maintain efficient systems for managing property documents, contracts, leases, and other administrative records.
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee administrative processes related to real estate transactions, such as property sales, purchases, and leasing.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with financial tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing, in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors involved in property maintenance, repairs, and other services.
  • Technology and Software Implementation: Identify and implement administrative tools, software, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination among internal teams.

Requirements
