**Position Overview**:
- **As a Team Leader at RITS, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales and service professionals, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves outdoor fieldwork (B2B) and requires a proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve sales and performance goals.
- Conduct field visits with team members to meet business clients (B2B).
- Monitor team performance and provide training or coaching as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in sales or field operations).
- Must hold a valid Qatari driving license and own a car.
- Must be able to provide a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure.
