Manager Distribution

As a Manager Distribution and Systems, you will be responsible for developing the distribution strategy through the different systems across the network. Responsible for managing contractual negotiations with GDS and development of NDC customer proposition and strategy to offer to trade partners. Ensure that all systems and processes related to Sales and Distribution are successfully implemented, managed, evaluated and developed in line with Commercial objectives.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Responsible for working with Vice President Distribution and Product Development to develop and implement the overall distribution strategy.
- Responsible for managing contractual negotiations with GDS and formulation of commercial agreements to realize commercial objectives.
- Responsible for developing new innovative systems, processes and ideas to maximize short
- and long-term revenue opportunities.
- Accountable for project management of Sales Systems, including Galaxy, and integration of other products into the platform.
- Oversee systems training and systems support provided to the field.
- Accountable for management of relationships with GDS. Ensure liaison with channel and account managers to identify opportunities to grow NDC penetration.
- Prepare the budget setting process.
- Implement annual planning process, including managing targeting setting process for regions, sub-regions and channels.
- Responsible for management and refinement of Sales Incentive Scheme.
- Work with VP Distribution and Product Development to manage the dissemination of key messages, including distribution strategy and incentive guidelines.
- Responsible for development of NDC customer proposition and strategy to offer to trade partners.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales team.
- A bachelor’s degree qualification.
- 8+ years of experience of job-related experience.
- Experience in strategy development.
- Understanding of airline distribution landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact and build rapports.
- Proven experience to negotiate and work within a multi-national and multi-cultural environment with excellent leadership skills.
- Strong written and presentation skills
