Due to continued market growth, our client a leading global Project & Construction Management Consultancy with international operations on major landmark commercial projects across the Middle East North Africa markets, seeks to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager for their award-winning team for the firm’s talent operations to enable the firm to fulfill its strategic objectives.

**Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the Middle East Region and managing 4 direct reports, this role is responsible for the following**:

- Collaborate with senior management across the firm in 7 countries to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of talent across the civil, construction and architectural sectors.
- Leadership and performance management of the talent acquisition team to ensure company goals are met.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Develop strong sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
