**Position Overview**:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista - Trainer to lead our specialty coffee program and deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. As the Head Barista, you will be responsible for overseeing the coffee preparation process, training and guiding the barista team, and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained. Your expertise in brewing techniques, knowledge of specialty coffee beans, and dedication to creating memorable coffee moments will be instrumental in elevating our coffee offerings and enhancing customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and other brewing methods, adhering to precise recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure the consistency and excellence of all coffee products by monitoring the brewing process, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and conducting regular taste tests.
- Lead the training and development of the barista team, focusing on coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, customer service, and latte art skills.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine the coffee menu, introducing new and innovative specialty coffee offerings to excite customers.
- Engage with customers, provide personalized coffee recommendations, and share knowledge about coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
- Monitor coffee bean inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock rotation to maintain freshness.
- Oversee regular maintenance of coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools, to ensure functionality and longevity.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, follow food safety protocols, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote specialty coffee products and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Create and manage barista work schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours and maintain productivity.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback related to coffee offerings, implementing improvements and addressing issues as necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Coffee Expertise: In-depth knowledge of specialty coffee beans, roasting processes, brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art techniques.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the barista team to deliver exceptional performance.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for coffee enthusiasts.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to coffee preparation, ensuring consistency and precision in every cup.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to convey coffee information effectively to customers and team members.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently during busy periods.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to address any brewing or equipment-related challenges that may arise.
- Passion for Coffee: Genuine passion for specialty coffee and a desire to share that passion with customers and the team.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications related to coffee and barista skills are advantageous).
- Proven experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop or similar setting.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
