**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain product catalogs on **Talabatmart**, **Soonumart**, and other assigned e-commerce platforms.
- Regularly update product descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and inventory information.
- Coordinate and upload new product launches, promotions, and campaigns according to marketing plans.
- Ensure all listings meet platform requirements and are optimized for search and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales reports, and stock levels to ensure high platform efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings, inventory synchronization, or order processing.
- Liaise with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, marketing) to gather necessary product information.
- Implement content improvements and recommend strategies to enhance user experience and drive online sales.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to keep product listings competitive and up-to-date.
- Handle customer queries or complaints received through the platform in coordination with the customer service team.
- Ensure website backend and platform dashboards are always maintained properly and updated regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) managing online platforms, especially **Talabatmart** and/or **e-commerce websites**.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, backend management, and platform policies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), basic image editing, and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from reports and KPIs.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
