**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain company documentation including contracts, submittals, project files, and correspondences
- Organize filing systems both physically and digitally for efficient access
- Prepare and format official letters, reports, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate internal and external communications between departments, clients, and partners
- Maintain records of material submittals, approvals, and logs
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks and scheduling
- Support project teams with document tracking and control
- Welcome guests and represent the company front office in a professional manner
- Manage company registration in government entities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or document control, preferably in construction or contracting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Smart appearance and professional demeanor
- Positive, energetic attitude with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree preferred
