- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of property consultants.
- Oversee property listings, marketing activities, and client interactions.
- Support agents in negotiations and deal closures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide performance reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Qatar (including team management in Brokerage).
- Proven track record in sales and leadership within the real estate sector.
- Valid Qatar Driving License + own car.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
