**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to aid in the expansion of our client base. As the face of our company, you must possess a strong drive to develop and implement successful sales tactics. The role of the business development manager is crucial in achieving our objective of generating consistent financial growth by increasing sales and building solid connections with clients.

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Market knowledge with English Proficiency
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build client rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Three years of experience in Sales
- Demonstrated track record in Business Development or Sales in the manpower industry
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to support project requirement and multi-tasking
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

**Business Development Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative sales plans, prepare sales forecasts and budgets and implement multi-year business development strategy and achieving commercial budget and targets.
- Managing the full sales cycle in a consultative sales approach utilizing value-based selling conversations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, drive revenue growth, and generate business opportunities aligned with the company's goals and objectives, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset whilst maintaining the CRM database.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by providing quotes, order confirmations, and following through on potential opportunities in a timely manner.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and agreement closures with clients, ensuring the terms and conditions are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate and prioritize scheduled meetings with both existing and new customers, ensuring no conflicts with internal meetings.
- Conduct primary market and customer research and possess an in-depth understanding of the Qatar industry landscape, market trends, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and develop effective expansion strategies.
- Identify new business development opportunities by following up on leads and maintaining a clear focus on industry segmentation.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Develop negotiating strategies and negotiate terms of sales / agreements with existing and new clients that will maximize the organization’s business interests and service excellence.
- Participating in tender site visits and client meetings and delivering exceptional tender documents and presentations in line with Company standards.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Project execution involvement as and when required & support recruiters.
- Other reasonable assigned duties related to good faith belief for this position and company’s business.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, driven, organized, creative, and possess superior communication and problem-solving skills.
- Liaising with clients to ensure timesheets are signed off in a timely manner by the 5th of every month to ensure that payroll and invoices can take place effectively.
- Establish a benchmark for each outsourcing proposal and ensure that no requirement is undertaken below this threshold.
