**Your day to day**
As the Assistant Director of Sales, you will oversee and direct aspects of the hotel’s meeting and events sales operations including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, reservation management and operational success. In the absence of the Director of Sales, you will assume all the responsibilities in the areas of meetings and events.
**What we need from you**
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

- Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a large scale HR operations is ideal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with a diverse team
