Job Title**:Restaurant Cashier** Starting Salary**:QAR 1,800** Plus Duty meal, transportation and shared accommodation **Job Overview**: As a Restaurant Cashier, you will be the face of our establishment, greeting guests with a warm smile and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions at the cash register. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer orders accurately, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor to create a positive dining experience for our guests. **Key Responsibilities**: - Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and provide friendly and attentive service. - Accurately process customer orders, including taking food and beverage orders, inputting items into the POS system, and processing payments. - Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. - Assist guests with menu inquiries, special requests, and provide recommendations when needed. - Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and front-of-house area. - Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management as needed. - Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, food safety, and customer service standards. - Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment. - Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required to stay informed about menu items, promotions, and company updates. - Assist the wait staff in setting up and or bussing tables **Qualifications**: - Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service. - Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems. - Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Salary**: From QAR1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): - In which country are you currently located? - If selected, how soon can you join our company after signing an offer letter?
