Catalog Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Catalog Management**: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and updating of product catalogues, both digital and print, ensuring they reflect the latest product offerings and design updates.
- **Product Data Accuracy**: Ensure all product information, including descriptions, specifications, dimensions, pricing, and images, are accurate and up-to-date across all platforms and catalogues.
- **Content Coordination**: Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to gather content, imagery, and product details for new and existing collections.
- **Visual Presentation**: Work closely with the creative team to ensure all product images, designs, and layouts are visually aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular checks to ensure catalogues are error-free, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with the brand’s high standards.
- **Digital Platform Management**: Oversee and manage the online catalogue, ensuring it is easy to navigate, user-friendly, and optimized for e-commerce.
- **Product Launch Support**: Assist in the planning and execution of catalogue launches for new products and seasonal collections, including ensuring all relevant materials are prepared and distributed on time.
- **Supplier and Vendor Coordination**: Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and manufacturers to gather product data and ensure timely delivery of content for the catalogue.
- **Market Trends Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury furniture design and market demands to ensure the catalogue reflects the best in the industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in catalogue management or product data coordination, ideally in the luxury furniture or high-end retail industry.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large amounts of data and ensure accuracy.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital catalogue tools is a plus.
