Job Details:

- Business Development, customer management and specialist knowledge in both Cubic Ground Training and Shooting Range products and services to the benefit of regional business.
- Ownership of all Marketing of Ground Training products and services in both Arabic and English to ensure regional nuances are considered in the best interests of Cubic Defense.
- Lead office administrative support staff to ensure smooth running of CDD support operations.
- Work across a broad range of stakeholders to ensure leases, invoices and receipts are handled efficiently and on time.
- Provide logistics support for importing of Cubic materials and spares both at the port of entry in Doha and for onwards movement to operating locations with the State of Qatar.
- Provide administrative support and act as the central point of contact for vehicle leases, repairs, licensing, and maintenance.
- Support and assist any Cubic teams and senior leaders as necessary for visits to Doha.
- Perform support operations for CDD personnel operating within the State of Qatar to include the following:

- Monitoring of CDD personnel visa status and liaison with local PROs to facilitate compliance with Qatari employment law.
- Following local procedures to book annual flight tickets to home of record.
- Maintain comprehensive records management
- Limited local hard copy files
- Develop and maintain electronic records keeping system, to include back-up to local and Cubic servers
- Comply with Cubic’s values and adherence to all company policy and procedures. In particular, comply with the code of conduct, quality, security and occupational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them.
- Travel to various locations throughout Qatar to facilitate visiting CDD personnel at or near their respective work sites as part of this support role.
