**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Drive sales in the interior fitout, Exhibition and joinery sectors, targeting commercial properties, oil and gas industry, ministries, corporates, brands and shops in the malls, exhibition projects, and other high-value projects.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and bring in new clients, particularly focusing on commercial interiors and design solutions for both existing and new clients.
- **Long-Term Client Relationships**: Act as a Sales Representative to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company’s business and growth plans and achieve set sales targets.
- **Client Communication**: Manage all communication with clients, ensuring that inquiries and requests are attended to promptly and professionally, providing timely updates throughout the sales process.
- **Market Penetration**: Establish market penetration in the commercial interior sector in Qatar, leveraging contacts, networking, and industry associations to generate new opportunities.
- **Project Acquisition**: Identify, bid for, and win major fitout projects, ensuring that the company is competitive in tenders and opportunities.
- **Account Management**: Develop an in-depth understanding of key accounts, building relationships that allow the company to win repeat business and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Collaboration with Design Consultancies and property owners and property managing companies**: Work closely with the design consultancies to ensure that client requirements and expectations are fully met, and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Provide regular updates on sales progress, including status of proposals, negotiations, and closures. Ensure all client communications and documentation are accurately recorded.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly within interior fitout, exhibitions and joinery, industries (commercial interiors, design, construction) in Qatar.
- Strong understanding of the commercial property market and exhibition sectors.
- Established network within Qatar's commercial interiors market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and trust.
- Ability to generate new leads and deals, manage existing accounts, and close high-value sales deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Should have Valid QID and Qatar Driving License.

**Sales Target**:
**Must be able to bring in a minimum of 15 million riyals worth deals in a year.**
