**Design the Future of Urban Architecture**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of **curtain walls, structural glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, spider systems, and complex façade envelopes**.
- Translate architectural intent into **engineered, buildable, and performance-driven façade solutions**.
- Create and review **shop drawings, fabrication drawings, material take-offs, and installation details**.
- Coordinate with **architects, consultants, engineers, and internal teams** to ensure designs meet aesthetic, structural, and code requirements.
- Perform **structural calculations and system performance analyses** (wind loads, deflection, thermal expansion, anchorage, etc.).
- Evaluate and approve **technical submittals, façade materials, and system specifications**.
- Provide **technical support during execution**, including site visits, design adjustments, and coordination with installation teams.
- Ensure all designs align with **local and international codes**, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Stay informed about **emerging materials, façade technologies**, and sustainable innovations.
- Mentor and guide **junior designers and CAD technicians** to foster team development and technical excellence.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- **5 to 10+ years** of experience in façade design, preferably within aluminum and glass systems.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**; experience with 3D modeling software such as **Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, or Inventor** is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of **façade mechanics, thermal and acoustic performance**, fabrication techniques, and on-site installation processes.
- Ability to interpret **architectural and structural drawings** with precision.
- Excellent **collaboration, coordination, and communication skills** within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with **international façade codes, standards**, and performance benchmarks.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
