**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Develop accurate **Bills of Quantities (BOQs)** and **Request for Quotations (RFQs)** for aluminum and façade works.
- Break down project costs by materials, labor, machinery, and subcontractor involvement.
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring both **technical and commercial compliance**.
- Perform **value engineering** exercises to optimize design and reduce costs while meeting project specifications.
- Assist in tender documentation, pricing strategies, and bid submissions.
- Attend pre
- and post-tender meetings, including **technical clarifications** and negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with the design, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of estimates.
- Monitor design changes and assess their impact on budget and scope.
- Maintain an up-to-date **cost database**, material catalogs, and pricing references.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or a related technical discipline.
- **3-5 years of relevant experience** in aluminum and façade estimation, preferably within the **Qatar or GCC construction market**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**, **MS Office (Excel)**, and estimation software such as **Candy**, **Bluebeam**, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of aluminum systems**:unitized façades, curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows**, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on **cost control and risk assessment**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation**, and **team collaboration** abilities.
- Familiarity with **Qatar’s construction codes**, **standards**, and **market pricing** is highly desirable.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
