**Position Summary**:
Join our innovative design team in **Doha, Qatar**, and help shape the future of urban architecture. We are seeking an experienced **Façade Designer - Aluminum & Façade** to lead the design and engineering of high-performance façade systems for landmark commercial, residential, and institutional projects. This role combines technical excellence with creative problem-solving to deliver solutions that are architecturally striking, structurally sound, and economically viable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design of various façade systems including **curtain walls**, **ACP cladding**, **glazing systems**, **spider systems**, **skylights**, and other complex building envelopes.
- Convert architectural concepts into **engineered, buildable solutions** using industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and review **shop drawings**, **fabrication drawings**, and **installation details** in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with **architects, consultants, and project engineers** to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and aesthetic requirements.
- Ensure all designs comply with **local and international codes**, including structural safety, thermal performance, acoustic insulation, and sustainability standards.
- Perform **structural calculations** and performance analyses, such as wind load, thermal expansion, deflection, and system behavior.
- Review **material specifications**, **technical submittals**, and façade components to ensure quality and suitability.
- Provide **technical support during project execution**, including site coordination, design modifications, and troubleshooting.
- Keep up to date with **façade industry innovations**, materials, tools, and construction technologies.
- Mentor and support junior designers and **CAD technicians** to ensure project design integrity and accuracy.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture**, **Structural Engineering**, or a related discipline.
- **5-10+ years** of hands-on experience in façade design, particularly with **aluminum and glass systems**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD**;
- Deep understanding of **façade systems**, including design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret **architectural and structural drawings** with accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of leading interdisciplinary discussions and resolving technical challenges.
