We are seeking a **highly skilled and detail-driven Estimator - Aluminum & Façade** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing **accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates** for complex aluminum and façade system projects. From **curtain walls to structural glazing and architectural cladding**, your technical expertise will directly impact our ability to win and deliver prestigious projects across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **detailed and accurate cost estimates** for aluminum and façade works, including curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing systems, louvers, skylights, and more.
- Analyze tender documents, **BOQs, specifications, and drawings** to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
- Source and compare **quotations from suppliers and subcontractors**, ensuring price competitiveness and technical compliance.
- Develop **comprehensive pricing strategies and cost breakdowns** to support bid submissions.
- Collaborate with **design, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams** to ensure alignment between estimates and project requirements.
- Prepare **technical and commercial proposals** for tender submissions.
- Maintain and update a **cost database**, supplier contacts, and market intelligence.
- Participate in **pre-bid meetings, site visits**, and technical clarifications with clients and consultants.
- Identify potential **risks, exclusions, and contingencies** to ensure robust cost planning.
- Support negotiations and **post-tender clarifications** as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- **Minimum 7 years** of proven experience in aluminum and façade estimation, preferably in the **GCC region**.
- Strong command of **estimation tools** such as Microsoft Excel, Candy, CCS, or equivalent software.
- Deep knowledge of **façade systems**, materials, fabrication, and installation methods.
- Familiarity with **Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)** and local pricing practices.
- Excellent **numerical, analytical**, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and **communication skills** for internal and external coordination.
- Ability to work **independently** and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
