This role is crucial for ensuring our brand identity—rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and Italian heritage—is flawlessly translated across all channels. This individual will be the strategic architect behind our growth, balancing the exclusivity of luxury retail with the performance demands of our successful e-commerce platform.
Core Responsibilities
The Strategist will own the high-level planning, performance analysis, and brand narrative across the organization.

Define and steward the central marketing message, ensuring all communications consistently reflect the

identity, emphasizing our Italian heritage, commitment to craftsmanship, and the premium nature of our materials. - Competitive Intelligence:
Continuously monitor the luxury goods landscape, tracking high-end competitors, identifying white-space opportunities, and ensuring our pricing and positioning maintain a distinct advantage within the Italian leather segment. - Global Market Expansion:
Develop market-entry strategies and localized marketing plans for new geographic regions or target demographics, assessing cultural nuances and retail potential for the

brand.
2. Customer Lifecycle & Retention Strategy
- Customer Segmentation:
Lead the segmentation of our high-value customer base (e.g., high-net-worth individuals, collectors, repeat buyers) to develop specialized marketing programs and exclusive access tiers. - Lifetime Value (CLV) Optimization:
Design strategies focused on increasing
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
and repeat purchase rates, particularly through personalized loyalty programs and post-purchase communication. - Omnichannel Strategy:
Develop a cohesive strategy that integrates the in-store/boutique experience with the e-commerce journey, ensuring a seamless and premium brand interaction with

3. Performance & Budget Allocation
- ROI-Driven Planning:
Translate overall business revenue goals into clear, measurable marketing objectives (KPIs), dictating the strategic priorities for performance channels (PPC, Paid Social, SEO). - Budgeting:
Strategically allocate the marketing budget across channels (e-commerce, traditional, partnerships, experience) to maximize
Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
while protecting premium margins. - Reporting & Insights:
Deliver executive-level reports that provide deep insights into marketing effectiveness, attributing revenue and growth to specific strategic inputs, and proactively identifying areas for scale or correction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in a senior strategy, planning, or consulting role, with a significant portion dedicated to the
luxury goods, high-end retail, or fashion e-commerce sectors. - Analytical Acumen:
Expert proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and using advanced tools like
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
