Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Contracting & Trading division in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the contracting or trading sector and excellent coordination and communication skills. Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team with daily operations, inquiries, and client communication.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and project records.
  • Liaise between internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and tracking of ongoing projects.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and professional service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a contracting or trading company.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Tagalog language proficiency preferred.
  • Candidates currently based in Qatar will be given priority.
