OverviewThe LoungeSupport Specialist is primarily responsible for performing theday-to-day lounge support tasks and may also support any of thefollowing functional areas: community activities center (CAC),learning resource center, media center and theater which operate 24hours a day and 7 days a week.

Specific services provided includecustomer service, mixing drinks, basic cleaning in the lounge orother service facilities, basic facility & equipmentmaintenance, conduction of special events, games, and othersupporting activities as specified in the Performance WorkStatement.

The Lounge Support Specialist reports to theRecreational Services Manager and Lounge OperationsSupervisorResponsibilities Responsible for performing all dutiesrequired for the operation of installation services.

Dutiesinclude, but are not limited to, customer service, lounge support,basic maintenance and cleaning, inventory, stocking, basictechnical equipment assistance, event setup and break down, linenexchange, etc.

as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
Provides excellent customer service and performs related tasks inall functional areas of Recreational Services. Responsible forcommunicating and upholding company standards, leading by example,working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well maintainedfacilities.

Perform a variety of services in support of loungeoperations:
sets and clears tables, wipes up spills, may sweep andmop floors, designated runner, replace soiled table linens, etc.
Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment inthe facility; report issues to USN personnel for work ordersubmission. Shall provide set up and breakdown of Governmentfurnished equipment such as tables, chairs, music system, icechests, stages, etc.

Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean,sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free ofdust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.

Responsible for following a comprehensive, flexible, and properlydocumented training program.

Responsible for proper utilization andsafeguarding of all government and contractor provided property(e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).Responsible for precise execution of company time reportingprocedures and accurate completion of timesheet.

Performs otherduties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications One-year relatedexperience may be substituted for one year of education, if degreeis required. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a validPassport. Must be approved by host country vetting process. Must beable to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. Must beable to pass employment requirements that include medical, dental,drug testing, background checks, etc. Must have Serve-Safe AlcoholAwareness certification. Experience Minimum of one year of workingin customer service with retail and restaurant experience.
Knowledgeable in Golden Eagle Standards and Tri-Service Food codepreferred. Skills Good communication, teamwork and customer serviceskills. Working Environment Work will be indoors and outdoors.
Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. Overtimeand shift work may be required depending on contractual needs.
Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulationsand published Company work rules as well as written instructions.
