They will be expected torealize the budgeted turnoverprofit margin and % of sales within aproject. The Key focus willbe on developing new businessopportunities through Projects Key Accounts Dealer Sales andsourcing / maintaining marketintelligence. The position will playan integral part in theestablishment and development of key supplychains through theregion.

Increasing Market Share Profitability andthe Promotion ofthe Group Products by a solution driven executionand exemplarycollaboration with the Group Sales Teams located inEurope and theUAE.

Responsibilities Realizing /securing a preagreed budgeted turnover of sales in UAE /GCC Responsible forturnover % and target Margin.

Actively build develop and exploretherelevant business networks (Commercial agents FM design andbuildmain contractor and A&D) Coordinationand beingresponsible for cross boarder internationaltenders Producepresentations and assist inthe production of quotes relating toopportunities.

Generate and research market intelligence and theavenuesto secure successful levels of business in thetargetmarkets.

Key person responsible for developingsupply /logistics networks within the target markets (with Managementassistance) Report weekly onactivity opportunities and personalproactive salesactions.

Conduct and manage meetings with keysalestargets. Develop and maintain relevantmarket databases.
Successfully network withintarget markets.

Focus on predefinedhuntingaccounts and work on multiyear contract relations FollowingGroup HR policy and guidelines Providing input and exchange:
competition productdevelopment etc. Undertake anyreasonablerequests made by the Managing Director. Required /Preferred Experience skills & qualifications High levelofprofessional and intellectual ability (e.g. degree orhigherprofessional education in business administrationbusinesseconomics). Preferred At least 5yearsexperience in aninternational commercial B to B sales environmentwith demonstrablysuccessful achievement of improvements inperformance. RequiredAdditional studyprogrammes/courses relating to FacilitiesManagement Real Estateand/or Marketing. Preferred Has anuptodatenetwork of influencers in the fields of FacilityProcurement Real Estate and Architects / Designers. Preferred Soundknowledge of the furnishings and fittings marketand experience ofcomplex (inter) national tender processesincluding implementationand delivering. Required Has an understanding of businesseconomics. Required Has a sound knowledge of mathematics RequiredHas and understanding of Importprocedures and local regulations inthe target markets Required Sound knowledge of PCbusinessapplications (Microsoft Office) and programs particularlyinrelation to presentations Required Localexperience of workingremotely in Saudi / and or Qatari markets Required Good command ofEnglish language Required Good command of Arabic language Desired Agreat team player
