Working with Qatar's leading technology systems integrator, offering Digital Transformation solutions and services to the Qatari market.


We are looking to onboard (Presales - Managed Services) based in Qatar to Lead the sales efforts for Managed Services (NOC/SOC) to achieve revenue, expense, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Identifying all business opportunities within the Qatari market and partnering with client executives, engineers, other team members, and alliance partners to deliver end-to-end solutions that satisfy clients' needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in information technology and related solutions and strategies related to the client's business is applied to accomplish the client's Managed Services Line of Business goals.
  • Provides comprehensive business solutions to the client's executives and decisionmakers, building longterm relationships.
  • Create proposals, meet with prospects, and follow up to close deals.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Record activities in our CRM software and update sales notes for prospects
  • Work in conjunction with the marketing team on campaigns focused on increasing the base revenue.
  • Identifies opportunities and develops managed service offerings. Manages and monitors many opportunities through their sales cycles and tracks them through a forecasting process.
  • Works with Delivery team architects and managers to ensure that appropriate quantity and quality of technical and services resources are deployed, and the solution can be delivered profitably and successfully.
  • Plans and conducts complex contract negotiations which result in appropriate and often longterm agreements and commitments.
  • Forecasts tactical and strategic business opportunities.
  • Developing Managed Services Strategy and offerings to meet market requirements.
  • Conduct two round tables a year for our customers on the new technologies and trends in the Managed Services industry.
  • May perform other related duties as required and assigned to grow the Managed Services business.

Required Skills:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization both internally and externally with clients and partners.
  • Demonstrated skills in financial analysis of a deal.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with our internal delivery teams to develop and architect a solution to meet the requirements of client's business requirements.
  • Strengths include problemsolving, customer service, negotiation, and followup skills.
  • Understanding of different technologies e.g., cloud technologies, ITSM, SIEM, XDR.

Required Experience**:

  • Degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Five years plus experience selling managed services, cloudbased services, or outsourcing solutions with a successful track record.
