Our client is a well-established technology systems specializing in cloud services, data centre migration, and IT managed services.

As part of their growth in the region, we are recruiting a Gulf region experienced cloud solutions pre-sales specialist with a demonstrable track record of consistent consultative sales success in a system integrator SaaS environment to join their Doha operations. The successful candidate must be an expert in creating technically sound proposals and solutions that are accurately scoped to meet the customer's business objectives in private or public cloud solutions, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud solutions.

Role Summary
  • Collaborate with existing and potential clients to develop strategies and opportunities to win new business; consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the customer from early in the sales cycle to understand their needs and demonstrate product and technical knowledge to develop services proposals, commercial documentation, and Statement of Works that are aligned with the technologies that will deliver customer value and meet their business goals.
  • Provide technical feedback from customers to the product teams to bridge the gap between product functionality and customer/market needs.
  • Conduct demonstrations and proof of concept to clients.
  • Conduct technical training for clients.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years technology/SaaS pre-sales experience; strong in discovery discussions, due diligence, and developing RFPs, statement of work, and pricing estimate worksheets to secure new business.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen to develop profitable value-based services.
  • Proven capabilities in engaging with C-level and senior executive decision makers providing perspective and guidance on business and technology strategy, transformation, investments, and innovation.
  • Industry sales experience is mandatory – cloud and data centre migration and managed outsource services.
  • Must have experience of AWS, GCP & MS Azure, migration and transformation methodologies, and managed outsource services; operating systems expertise.
  • Articulate in proposal writing with an excellent command of the English language.
  • GCC driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
  • Currently living in the Gulf region – must be able to live and work in Doha, Qatar.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Agile self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • ITIL Accreditation
  • Prince 2 or similar
