Senior Sales Engineer - Welding

As a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in welding solutions, you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and sales acumen in promoting our welding products and services to clients in various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and providing tailored welding solutions that meet their specific needs. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of welding processes and techniques, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products and services to clients.

Job Responsibilities and Specifications:
  1. Drive Sales of Welding & Heating Equipment, Consumables.
  2. Consultative Selling: Guide Customers to Ideal Solutions.
  3. Product Demonstrations.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets.
  5. Manage Customer Relationships.
  6. Monitor Market Trends and manage the inventory.
  7. Technical & Commercial Proposals knowledge.
  8. Team Collaboration & Adaptability.
  9. Documenting and Analyzing Data.
Requirements and Skills:
  1. Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Metallurgy engineering.
  2. Minimum 5 years of Relevant Experience.
  3. Strong Interest in Hands-On Working.
  4. Quick Learning Aptitude.
  5. Strong Team Collaboration Skills.
  6. Excellent Communication Abilities.
