As a Senior Sales Manager specializing in Digital and Offset Printing Press, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships. Your expertise in both digital and offset printing technologies will be essential in meeting the unique needs of diverse clientele. Duties and Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: • Sales Strategy • Team Leadership • Client Relationship management • Sales Forcasting • Contract Negotation Product Knowledge and Expertise: • Digital and Offset Printing Solutions • Customization and Special Projects Collaboration and Coordination: • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Market Analysis Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in senior sales management roles within the digital and offset printing industry. • In-depth knowledge of digital and offset printing technologies and processes. • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
