EARON recrutement recherche pour son client, une CRO Full-services un Directeur Biostatistique H/F dans le cadre d'un CDI en interne


Résumé de la fonction :

  • Management des études analysées par l'entreprise au nom du sponsor.
  • Contacts directs fréquents avec le client, tant avec ses équipes statistiques que cliniques.
  • Gère l équipe statistique et travaille en collaboration avec les data managers, les analystes de données et les écrivains scientifiques pour coordonner les tâches et garantir la production de résultats de haute qualité.
  • Collabore avec l équipe commerciale de l entreprise en procurant un soutien au développement des ventes et les réponses les plus appropriées aux appels d offre des services statistiques.



Management d une équipe de statisticiens et de programmeurs SAS :

  • Définir les objectifs individuels de l équipe ainsi que les plannings de formation
  • Effectuer les évaluations annuelles de l équipe
  • S assurer de l usage correct de l application « TimeSheet » et valider les heures de prestation enregistrées par les collaborateurs, ainsi que les demandes de congés
  • Apporter son expertise à divers problématiques statistiques, y compris la programmation statistique
  • Apporter son soutien à l évolution professionnelle des collaborateurs les moins expérimentés
  • Mettre en place et maintenir une bonne communication interne
  • Interviewer les candidats à l embauche

Suivi des projets effectués par l entreprise au nom du sponsor Ce qui implique:

  • Être le point de contact principal pour tous les aspects du projet et, suivant les besoins, discuter du projet avec le sponsor
  • Participer à la préparation des réunions avec le sponsor
  • Garantir le respect des délais du projet Effectuer des contrôles qualité
  • Garantir la qualité et la validité des livrables


Soutien à l équipe commerciale de de l entreprise :

  • Comprendre les besoins des clients de l entreprise et y répondre de façon adéquate
  • Rédiger les réponses aux appels d offre pour des tâches statistiques et évaluer les coûts associés o Apporter un soutien technique à l équipe commerciale pendant les réunions avec les clients


Création de normes internes et de recommandations concernant les tâches statistiques :

  • Définir les processus de travail
  • Rédiger les procédures standards (SOPs) et les recommandations internes Garantir la conformité de toutes les procédures et des livrables dans le cadre des études avec les normes de l entreprise


Requirements
  • Doctorat/Master en sciences statistiques avec une spécialisation en biostatistiques et/ou avec une expérience professionnelle de 5 à 8 ans dans la recherche clinique, en collaboration avec les équipes de recherche et de développement médical, au sein d une entreprise pharmaceutique ou d une CRO
  • Très bonnes capacités analytiques et connaissance approfondie du domaine d expertise concerné
  • Excellentes capacités de communication
